● The Founder Story

Phil Goss Didn't Build DubCam From A Boardroom.

Phil Goss played professional basketball in Europe for 15 years. He played for PAOK BC in Thessaloniki. He played for Basket Brindisi in southern Italy. He competed across leagues, traveled across borders, and experienced what it meant to play in front of fans who showed up every single night not because of a TV deal or a marketing campaign — but because the team was the identity of the city.

He also saw the other side. Programs at the grassroots and amateur level with passionate communities around them and no way to turn that passion into something sustainable. Parents traveling hours to watch their kids compete. Alumni following their alma mater from across the country with no way to show their support beyond liking a post.

DubCam was built to fix that. A platform that gives every program — from a high school in the DMV to a professional club in Greece — a direct line to the fans who already want to support them.

Sports programs at every level create real communities. Real loyalty. Real passion that lasts decades past the final game. DubCam exists to give those communities a way to show up financially for the programs that shaped them — and to make sure that support goes directly where it belongs. To the program. Every month.

The Timing Has Never Been Better.

The NIL era changed everything. Financial pressure that used to sit at the professional level has moved down — to college programs, to high school athletic departments, to the parents and families trying to fund the next generation of athletes. At the same time the tools to build and reach a fanbase have never been more accessible. Every program has a social media following. Every fan has a smartphone. The infrastructure to connect them and turn that connection into revenue didn't exist until now.

DubCam is that infrastructure.

This Is Just The Beginning.

DubCam is based in Bowie, Maryland. We work with programs across the DMV, across the United States, and across Europe. From high school basketball programs building their first supporter base to professional clubs in Italy and Greece exploring what all-access fan support looks like at scale — DubCam is there.

We're early. The programs joining now are the ones who will have the head start when fan support becomes the standard revenue model for sports programs at every level.

It Already Works.

DubCam launched with a simple thesis — the audience is already there. JMU Men's Lacrosse proved it. 259 supporters without a single promotional post. Kobe Morgan proved it again. 209 supporters streaming youth basketball from his phone. The demand was never the question. The infrastructure just didn't exist yet.
