Built for the athlete on camera.
Stream from your phone. Keep 50% of every subscription dollar. Get paid on the 1st of every month. The audience you already have is enough.
The economics
Two subscription tiers — $4.99 and $9.99 per month. Fans choose one athlete or team to support. 50% of what they pay routes directly to you. Payouts arrive on the 1st of each month, to the bank account you link in the Earnings tab inside the app.
The math is direct. Fifty supporters at the $9.99 tier earn you $250/month — $3,000/year. Two hundred and fifty supporters earn $15,000/year. The full breakdown is on the home page math section.
From download to first payout in five steps
- Download the app. DubCam is live on both the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with Apple or Google, or create an account with email.
- Apply to stream. Tell us who you are — athlete, coach, team, program. Most approvals come back within 24–48 hours.
- Set up your profile. Bio, sport, team, photo. This is the public-web page your fans will see when they tap to support you.
- Go live. Open the app, tap "Go Live," hit start. The first stream is the hardest. Aim for 15 minutes of something specific — a lift, a drill, a post-game reaction.
- Get paid. First supporter equals first payout in the next monthly cycle. Stripe handles the bank transfer and tax forms.

Frequently asked
Who can stream?
Any team, any athlete, any sport, any level. Travel ball, club programs, high school varsity, college teams, individual athletes, coaches, trainers. We approve creators before they go live to keep the platform safe for athletes, parents, and youth programs.
When exactly do I get paid?
On the 1st of each month. Your share transfers directly to the bank account you link in the Earnings tab inside the app. No minimum threshold.
What about music and copyright?
Stream what you have the rights to. Background music is fine if you own it, licensed it, or it's royalty-free. Don't rebroadcast a full college or pro game you don't own broadcast rights to. Repeated DMCA strikes lead to suspension.
What about taxes?
Stripe issues your 1099-K if your annual payouts cross the IRS reporting threshold. You'll get the form directly from Stripe.
Can a team have one account or do we need one per athlete?
Both work. Individuals run their own account. Programs and multi-athlete orgs use a team account with one branded landing page and shared payouts. We set those up via concierge onboarding.
What's the rejection rate for approvals?
Low. Most creators are approved. The bar is: real athlete, team, coach, or program; willingness to follow the community guidelines; willingness to verify identity if asked.
