Delete Your DubCam Account

This page explains how to delete your DubCam account and the associated data we hold about you. DubCam is the live sports streaming app published by DubCam. If you'd rather have us delete your account for you, see the "Request deletion by email" section below.

How to delete your account from the DubCam app

You can delete your account from inside the DubCam app in a few taps:

Once you confirm, your account is closed immediately and the deletion of your personal data begins. The full process typically completes within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in or you'd prefer we handle it, email info@dubcam.tv from the email address associated with your account and include your username. We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete the following personal data:

• Your profile — username, display name, email address, profile picture, and bio
• Followers and following relationships
• Supporter and subscription relationships you initiated (active subscriptions are also cancelled)
• Stream history, chat messages, reactions, and comments you posted
• Streams you broadcasted and recordings stored on your account
• Device tokens, push notification preferences, and app settings
• Authentication credentials

Data that may be retained

Some information is retained after account deletion where we are legally required to keep it or where it is necessary for legitimate business reasons. Specifically:

• Transaction and payout records — including subscription payments, payouts, and refund history — are retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and financial compliance.
• Trust and safety records — such as records of policy violations, bans, or reports — are retained as long as needed to enforce our terms and protect the community.
• Aggregated and anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely.
• Content shared with other users (for example, a direct message that the other user still has, or a chat message visible in another user's stream history) may continue to exist in their copy.
• Information required by law — we may retain limited records longer where required by a legal hold, court order, or applicable regulation.
