We believe in rewarding the people who build the foundation. This is a performance-based role with a "Founder's Split" commission structure.
Every dollar a fan spends is split three ways: 50% goes to the athlete, 20% goes to you, and DubCam keeps just 30%. We’re giving up a huge piece of our cut to reward the people who build the foundation.
You earn your 20% on all revenue generated by the athletes you bring on for their first 12 months.
